Authorization-first, limited-use by design

Across BEABIAI Social and BEABIAI Ecom, we only access what we need to carry out the actions you choose on the accounts and shops you authorize — publishing your selected videos, or managing your selected products and promotions. This page summarizes how we protect your data and how you stay in control. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Connections and OAuth tokens

  • You connect your own accounts through Google OAuth (YouTube), TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads), TikTok Shop, and Shopee authorization flows. BEABIAI only acts on the accounts, shops, videos, and products you choose.
  • OAuth tokens are stored only while you keep the relevant platform account connected, and are deleted when you disconnect or request data deletion.
  • OAuth tokens are protected, and access is limited to authorized systems and personnel. We do not share OAuth tokens with third parties.

Limited use of platform data

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Meta, or Shopee user data to train AI models.
  • We never publish or change content without your authorization.
  • We only access the products, promotions, and content needed for the actions you request, and do not modify anything else in your accounts or shops unless you explicitly request and authorize it.

BEABIAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. BEABIAI uses TikTok, Meta, TikTok Shop, and Shopee authorization only to carry out the publishing and shop-management actions you select on your own connected accounts.

Transport and access

  • Public web services are served over HTTPS.
  • User data access is restricted to operational, security, and support purposes.
  • Uploaded video files are processed only to carry out the publishing you request.

Data retention (summary)

  • OAuth tokens: kept only while the account stays connected; deleted on disconnect or deletion request.
  • Uploaded video files: stored temporarily for processing and upload; successful uploads are deleted after completion or within a reasonable operational period.
  • Failed upload files: retained up to 7 days for troubleshooting, then deleted.
  • Upload and error logs: retained up to 90 days for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. Full details are in the Data Retention section.
