Help getting started with BEABIAI

Connect your YouTube account

1. Open BEABIAI and go to the connections section.
2. Choose to connect YouTube and sign in with Google (OAuth).
3. Review the requested permission (upload videos to your channel) and approve it for the channel you own.
4. Your YouTube channel is now connected and ready for publishing.

Connect your TikTok account

1. In BEABIAI, choose to connect TikTok.
2. Authorize BEABIAI through TikTok's authorization flow.
3. Once authorized, you can upload or publish your selected videos to your own connected TikTok account.

Connect Instagram, Facebook Page, or Threads

1. In BEABIAI Social, choose to connect Instagram, Facebook Page, or Threads.
2. Authorize BEABIAI through Meta's authorization flow and approve the requested publishing permissions for the accounts you own.
3. Once authorized, you can publish your selected videos to those connected accounts.

Plan and publish a video

1. Select the video you want to publish from your own content.
2. Add the title, description, caption, hashtags, and a cover image — optionally using AI assistance to draft the text.
3. Choose the authorized account to publish to, then publish now or schedule it.
4. BEABIAI submits the upload and reports the result back to you.

Check upload status and fix errors

1. Open the plan list to see the status of each item.
2. Successful uploads are marked complete; failures show an error you can review.
3. Check the activity log for details, fix the issue (for example, a file or permission problem), and try again.

BEABIAI Ecom — connect a Shopee or TikTok Shop account

1. Open BEABIAI Ecom and go to the connections section.
2. Choose to connect Shopee or TikTok Shop and authorize BEABIAI through that marketplace's authorization flow.
3. Review the requested permissions (managing products and promotions for the shop you own) and approve them.
4. Your shop is now connected and ready for product and promotion management.

BEABIAI Ecom — manage products and promotions

1. Create or import a product, then add the title, images, description, attributes, price, and stock — optionally using AI to draft the title, images, and description.
2. Link the same product across your connected marketplaces so details stay consistent.
3. Set up discounts or vouchers and add the product to a marketing campaign if you want.
4. Publish or update the product on your authorized shops, then review the status, results, and any errors.

Disconnect an account or shop

1. In BEABIAI, disconnect the account or shop you no longer want connected. This deletes the related OAuth tokens.
2. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions, your TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Shopee account/app settings, or your Meta account settings.

Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email privacy@beabiai.com or support@beabiai.com and include the email you use with BEABIAI and the connected account or channel, if applicable. Full steps are on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
